How to request deletion

Open the app → Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm. (Preferred)

If you cannot access the app, email contact@siyadh.com with subject “Delete account – Siyadh” and include the email tied to your account.

What we delete

• Account profile and contact info (name, email, phone, service address).
• Payment tokens/linked payment instruments stored (we remove tokens; Stripe retains transaction records as required).
• Push tokens and device registrations.
• User-uploaded files/documents and meeting/call metadata tied to the account.
• Any GraphQL records tied to the account (user profile, preferences, notifications).

What we may retain

• Aggregated / de-identified analytics (not tied to you) — indefinite.
• Transaction records required by law — up to 7 years.
• Backups — purged within 90 days.
• Security logs — up to 180 days.

Third-party deletion

We will delete data from our systems and request deletion from third parties we control (AWS, Stripe, Firebase, Chime, push providers). Some third parties may retain copies subject to their policies.

Verification & timing

Deletion begins when you confirm in-app; you’ll receive a confirmation email. Active data removal typically completes within 30 days; backups and logs follow the retention schedule above. If requested by email, we will respond within 5 business days.
